My hometown is in the North China Plain. Because it is a plain area, there are many crops, such as wheat and corn, asparagus and Ophiopogon japonicus. One of these two crops has anti-cancer effect and the other is medicinal material. Although planting takes a lot of effort, people can bear hardships and stand hard work, and relatively earn more money. This kind of asparagus is tender when it first grows, and most of it is sealed with bamboo shoots. I've been busy since April and May.
