Why do you want to shoot the scenery?

China's landscape photography is rich in national culture and art, especially influenced by traditional landscape painting. It is a documentary, but it focuses more on expressing feelings. Foreign countries are interested in these landscape photographs, just as they love China's landscape paintings.

There are several aspects to pay attention to in landscape photography:

1. Determine the shooting direction of the camera according to the performance intention. The high angle is suitable for looking at the whole situation and showing a certain spatial depth. Low angle is suitable for exaggerating the most expressive local scenery, which can make the foreground stand out, appear tall, the background is relatively narrow and the spatial perspective is strong. From the depth of performance space, the head-up angle is the least ideal.

2. Properly use the scene, and use the depth of space to express and beautify the picture. Because the foreground occupies a certain weight in front of the screen, it has a great influence on beautifying the screen and highlighting the theme. Using the foreground can show the seasonal and local characteristics, balance and embellish the picture, and enhance the aesthetic feeling; Showing the foreground through the foreground can enhance the depth of the picture; Fuzzy foreground or clear foreground is to compete with the subject or companion to further render the atmosphere of the scene.

Wide-angle lens has a large viewing angle, which is easy to create a bigger prospect.

Landscape photography mainly takes the sun as the light source. Frontal light can make the scene bright, but it lacks layering. The side light will cast a shadow on the scene, which has a strong three-dimensional sense but a big contrast. Backlight produces contour light, which makes the light boundary between scenes obvious and layered. At sunrise or sunset, with the softest light of the day, you may get positive light, side light or backlight effect in different directions. Li mingguang before sunrise and dusk after sunset are scattered light reflected from the sky to the ground, which is the lowest brightness natural light in a day. At this time, the brightness of the scene is low, and it is difficult to express the texture of the object. If there are dazzling clouds (commonly known as "flaming clouds"), it will be full of poetry and painting.

In order to reduce and eliminate excessive blue and purple light in mountains, vistas and the sky, filters should be used when shooting. You can add a polarizer or sky filter when shooting color films. When shooting black and white film, you can add a UV mirror, polarizer or yellow, orange and red filters. And it is best to use a range hood.

Scenery photography should be patient. Although the scenery is static, it changes with the changes of time, weather, light, clouds and other factors, so it is necessary to wait patiently for the moment that best meets the photographic intention.

The scenery photographed is closely related to the author's feelings. A landscape photographer should not only have great spirit, but also have a keen and delicate spirit. In the face of nature, he can not only climb high and look far, but also be alert. You must have passion when shooting scenery. At the shooting scene, the stronger the passion of the author, the better.

Landscape photography is not necessarily beautiful, nor does a photographer have to express the scenery from the perspective of beauty. Scenery photography can be abstract, but abstraction does not necessarily have traditional aesthetic feeling.
