The window of Yantai Changyu International Wine City is located in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone, the golden tourist route from Yantai to Penglai, which integrates tourism, sightseeing and leisure. It is the brewing base of Changyu high-grade wine, and it is also an important place to introduce and cultivate excellent new grape varieties at home and abroad for related cultivation technology research.

The architecture of the winery is European garden style. Grapes planted in vineyards are world-famous varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Guirenxiang and other excellent non-toxic grape varieties.

Yantai Changyu International Wine City is the most modern wine cellar in China, with a total area of 2,700 square meters and a depth of 4.5 meters. The whole wine cellar is divided into three areas: the storage area of aged sparkling wine, wine (dry red and white wine of the winery) and special wine (super sweet wine and high-grade water wine). There are more than 400 oak barrels imported from France, Portugal, Spain and other countries, including Italian wine vessels and barrel washing machines. The equipment level has reached the international advanced level. The annual temperature of the wine cellar is 12- 16 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 75-85%, which ensures that all kinds of stored wines are fully brewed and gradually matured. The management of wine cellar adopts the management mode of French winery, from the selection and deployment of grapes, to the cleaning and disinfection of wine barrels, and then to the filling and addition of wine barrels, all of which are carefully carried out according to the traditional French technology to ensure that the storage quality of mailed wine really reaches the standard of manor-class wine.

In the cherry blossom season in April, the pink cherry blossoms in the manor bloom and dance in the wind like falling pink snowflakes, walking on the path covered with cherry blossoms and feeling the taste of spring.
