The Golden Horse Award at the end of last year

Several awards

They are all in the pockets of mainland filmmakers.

Up to eight projects

This is a local film in Taiwan Province Province.

[bon voyage]

Although it won only one prize, it came back with a halberd.

But this unique film

It's worth talking about.

Bon voyage tells the story of two little people who are just trying to make a living and unfortunately get involved in drug delivery and gang warfare. There are impermanence of fate and helplessness of life.

And, of course, your favorite violence and blood:

▲ Put on your helmet and start sawing. ...

When tearing a bloody helmet from the middle, it feels like tearing a person's head in half. What a shock!

▲ Jiang Jun got 100 for this idea.

Although Bon voyage seems to be a low-cost literary film, its cast is top-notch coffee. The three leading actors experienced the friendship between Hong Kong and Taiwan, the elderly, middle-aged and young people.

"Old" Hong Kong comedy beats Xu Guanwen. Needless to say, his position in the Jianghu has always been called a "cold-faced comedian", and [half a catty] and [money-grabbing couple] are both classics. A few years ago, he also played a chartered woman in Jackie Chan's [Baby Plan].

▲ The photo was taken at the beginning of 20 17.

Together with his three younger brothers, Xu Guanwu, Xu Guanying and Samuel Hui, he is called "the four outstanding Xu Shi". Interestingly, the taxi driver he played in Bon voyage was called "Xu Yingjie".

There is a middle-aged scholar Dai Liren. He is not only favored by directors in Taiwan Province Province as an actor, but also has made great achievements in creation and directing.

In 2009, I wrote and directed Without You, and won the Golden Horse Award for best film, best director and best original script, which proves that Dai Liren really has two brushes as a director.

"Green" includes Taiwan Province variety artist Natto. Many people know this name, which should have started with the variety show Kangxi is coming. Yes, in Chiang Kai-shek's impression, he also painted in this style:

But people's performance this time is different from the exaggeration on variety shows. He has a deep understanding of poverty and sorrow.

In addition, another supporting actor of Liang is also a frequent visitor to Kangxi. I said, why do you look so familiar?

Although it is a mix of old, middle and young people, the temperament presented in the film does not feel uncoordinated and uncoordinated at all, which has a lot to do with the director's control of the overall situation.

In addition to the three leading actors, there is also Chung Hua Tou, the brother of Zongkang Tuo, the host of the variety show Guoguangbang. He plays "Second Brother" and has exaggerated tattoos on his face. Can you imagine that he used to be a little fresh meat?

▲ Cruel comparison between the past and the present

What is more interesting is the appearance of Mr. Jin Shijie. He "plays" Natto's father and only shows one side in the film:

▲ Yes, this is the one in the photo.

If the tall and handsome Jin Shijie gave birth to natto, it can only be said that it is a genetic mutation!

therefore

[Bon voyage] What did you say?

What kind of story?

Dabao played by Dai Liren is a drug dealer who looks like a middle-aged artist. The purpose of his drug trafficking is to stay away from drugs as much as possible and never touch the goods himself.

He has a friend named Tuoge, who has known him for fifteen years, and is also a partner in the drug trafficking business. Although I have been swearing, I still have nothing to say about my relationship with Dabao.

Their usual hobby is bickering, and when they sit together and chat, they talk about the taste, because the sofa has not been torn with plastic film for more than ten years.

It's not enough to talk. If you don't agree, you have to remove the film. It's hard to imagine that this is a conversation between two drug dealers.

Who does this strange chicken feeling remind you of? Very Quentin tone!

[Liberated Jiang Ge] In the movie, a group of Ku Klux Klan wearing white hoods were going to burn "niggers" to death, but they quarreled halfway because the hoods were uncomfortable.

▲ Some fans suspect that the goods in the box are Quentin.

The gangster film style of Er Er comes down in one continuous line with Quentin. "I have 32 concerts this year" Yang Kun appeared in "Fatal Hostage", and the sharp contrast between cold-blooded killer and pop singers also brought inexplicable joy.

▲ What impressed Jiang Jun the most was one of his lines: tire repair?

The tone of bon voyage has been laid, and the next story can be slowly unfolded. It turns out that the director is not interested in romance gangs, but he is concerned about the little people who are struggling in life.

Lao Xu, a taxi driver, took Natto to the south to send medicine to Dabao. The communication between two people on the road showed us two frustrated lives.

Lao Xu came to Taiwan Province province twenty years ago. Others said that he could drive a taxi to earn money and learn Mandarin.

His taxi earns about 1200 yuan (NTD) every day after deducting the fuel fee. He takes 1200 yuan home every day. If he earns more, he can keep some, and if he doesn't earn enough, he will use his private money to post it.

In order to save money, he generally doesn't dare to park in the pay parking lot. Once on my birthday, I took my wife, children and mother-in-law to eat steamed buns. He wandered around for a long time in order to find a free parking space. As a result, his family finished eating, didn't pack him a copy, and took a taxi coldly.

He paid for his family and his life, but he didn't see anything in return. Lao Xu is very tired. How can I have a pleasant journey in my life?

Lao Xu is a philistine, shrewd and kind of a small common people. He got out of the car and looked for food with natto, but unexpectedly walked into the mourning hall.

They were asked to follow the crowd. Lao Xu could have gone out to take the money and slipped away, but after reasoning, he still couldn't help worrying about the natto that was detained inside, so he went back and took thousands of dollars to fish it out.

He also has a smile and is indifferent to life. Unfortunately, he was involved in a drug dealer's fire, and he and Natto were stuffed into the trunk of the car. His first reaction was not fear, but the novelty of "sitting" in a luxury car for the first time.

Such an uncle can't help but make people feel good. Only Xu Guanwen, a comedian who knows the common people's way, can play this role incisively and vividly.

What about natto? Ben was a punk who was found stealing an electric car and was almost beaten.

Later, I read in the newspaper that there was a need for a "deliveryman", so I could do this unlucky job.

I went to take a shower and met a tattooed eldest brother. He got very close and almost picked up the soap.

I managed to deliver the goods, but I was caught in a fire and got shot in the leg. I dare not go to a regular hospital, so I can only go to an animal hospital and let the veterinarian do a simple dressing.

Natto also wants to go to the medical insurance for reimbursement, and the result is mercilessly laughed at by the veterinarian:

These two poor people

Where will fate take them?

Director Zhong's major is information engineering, and his background in science and engineering makes his camera look particularly cold.

His films are not only directed and performed by himself, but also "selfies"-the photographer built them himself. The photographer "Gao Na Nakajima" in the credits is actually his pen name.

Zhong's photography has a characteristic, that is, he likes to give close-ups of many people's faces, and the lens always drifts slowly and is not fixed.

To some extent, this is also the mapping and externalization of the psychological state of the characters in his lens: anxiety, anxiety and fear.

In addition to the style similar to Quentin and Cheng Er mentioned above, Zhong's films have a sense of film noir. This kind of "black" is not only reflected in the "black humor" mentioned above, but also refers to the gloomy life of those characters.

This feature has appeared in his first feature film [Parking]. Zhang zhen and Kwai Lun Mei play a couple. After four years of marriage, they were unable to have children because of the "mutual exclusion of sperm and eggs", and their relationship gradually became tense.

In the process of dismantling their lost lives, we can feel the director's sympathetic eyes for the role, which is a deep humanistic concern.

Bon voyage is not limited to the stereotype of "crying and refusing" that realism is easy to fall into. Lao Xu fell asleep in the car after a day of tossing, and woke up the next day to find a hen lying in the car.

Where do hens come from? Did you put the natto in when you left? There is no explanation in the film.

This slightly surreal element insertion has the finishing touch effect-even if the chicken flies and the dog jumps all night, waking up and thinking about those things is like seeing this hen, which is abrupt, absurd and ridiculous.

For mainland audiences, the ending of Zhong's movie may taste like chicken soup. Bon voyage [Bon voyage] finally left a glimmer of hope.

But isn't that life? Although it has been stumbling, the car always goes forward, people always look forward, and the sun always rises as usual. This may be the reason why directors love parking and driving!

The director expressed the hope that this film will make people "feel that the world is better" after watching it. Because "life can't be smooth sailing, but as long as you persist, you will be fine."

Jiang Jun couldn't help thinking of the last few lines of [stop]. Zhong's attitude towards life should be in it:

"You will encounter many setbacks in the future, maybe you will cry, but remember, in the end, you still have to move on."
