This activity showed the fusion of Japanese art and entertainment, and introduced "Japan creates a happy culture" to the audience in China. Perhaps because of this, this exhibition is different from the activities in Japan. Shanghai Japan New Multimedia Animation Art Exhibition has brought 96 works, which is the most interesting Japanese works in the Media Art Festival of the Culture Department in recent years. Works spread from interactive content to games, animation, comics, modeling and other fields. Including steel alchemist, Musashi Lang Ke, Gundam model112, Super Mario Bros., movie bug, ski jumping, etc.

The exhibition is divided into three theme areas: Earth, Tokyo and Performance. In the "Earth" exhibition area, visitors can intuitively feel the vastness of the earth, the geographical relationship between cities, the beauty of natural phenomena and the information wave all over the world; In the "Tokyo" exhibition area, visitors can watch various "expressions" in Tokyo through four video works with the theme of daily scenery in Tokyo; The "Expression" exhibition area brings together the most cutting-edge interactive art, plastic arts, animation and video works in Japan. These works connect Japanese tradition and modernity, and integrate cutting-edge technology and artistic expression, so that visitors can perceive Japan's "present" state and "future" orientation.
