How to set the parameters of Fuji S4050 indoor portrait shooting? I just bought S4050 and want to take indoor photos of my wife. How to set the general parameters?

You only said indoor shooting, in fact, the light situation of each "indoor" is different, and there can be no fixed parameters.

The manual gear of the 4050 is relatively simple, with only two apertures. I suggest you use aperture first. ISO200 can improve exposure compensation by one or two steps. If you want to shoot a bust, it is recommended to use a small aperture. If you want to shoot the whole body, use a large aperture, fix the camera with a tripod or other methods, turn on face recognition, and shoot in normal mode (reverse color is not recommended) with 2-5 times dimming.
