What's the difference between a SLR camera and a scenery camera? Why can't you always tell the two?

Because these are almost two diametrically opposite shooting needs.

From the perspective of visual field, portrait shooting requires a small visual field in order to eliminate the surrounding interference and highlight the theme; Landscape photography usually has a wider perspective and shows a wider scene.

From the perspective of depth of field, the depth of the portrait shooting scene only needs the portrait to be clear, and the background is preferably blurred; However, landscape shooting needs a large depth of field to show a certain depth of the picture.

From the color point of view, landscape shooting needs high saturation and high dynamic range; If the saturation of portrait shooting is too high and the skin color is not fair enough, the requirements for dynamic range are not so high.

Therefore, portrait shooting usually adopts large aperture and telephoto lens; The scenery was shot with a small aperture and a wide-angle lens.
