Alice in Wonderland.
Text:
I finished reading Alice in Wonderland today. This book is lively and interesting, and introduces all kinds of strange humorous stories of Alice, a seven-and-a-half-year-old girl.
Alice saw a rabbit with a watch in her pocket. She was very surprised! Follow the rabbit into a deep hole where there is a lot of food and drink. Alice swallowed it without hesitation, suddenly became bigger and smaller, and met a hat maker who made people laugh and cry.
In March, the hare and the hazel Dormouse met the queen of hearts who loved to say "cut off his head" and several careless poker gardeners. She also took part in a strange croquet game. Finally, she woke up. After nagging the kitten, she fell asleep again and started another unusual sleepwalking.
She entered a small room in the mirror, where everything was unique, even the words were reversed. Here, he met White Queen, White King, the Red Queen, the Red King and so on. Alice also went to the garden in the mirror. White Queen's running made her breathless. Finally, she overcame many difficulties and Alice became the third queen in the mirror. Just then, she woke up.
The writing technique of this book is very commendable. When I read this book, I felt as if I were there, as if I were little Alice. The funny characters in the book make me laugh, and there are comments in many places. This book also taught me kindness, sincerity and courage. I hope I can read such a good book again.
Extended data:
Lewis carroll, the author of Alice in Wonderland, was originally named Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. As an English writer in the19th century, he was also a church deacon and a math teacher at the Christian College of Oxford University. Besides Alice in Wonderland, she also wrote many mathematical works and prose works.
He was shy by nature, suffered from severe stuttering and lived a single life. However, he has a wide range of interests and is quite accomplished in novels, poems, mathematical logic puzzles, children's photography and so on.
1one day in the summer of 862, carol led the three daughters of the dean of Christ College in Oxford University to go boating on the Thames. While having a tea break by the river, he made up a fantastic story for the children. The name of the protagonist comes from Alice, the cleverest and lovely seven-year-old among the sisters.
After returning home, Carol wrote the story at Alice's request and gave it to Alice herself. Soon after, the novelist Henry Kingsley found the manuscript, and he was surprised by the imagination of the story. With his encouragement, Carol further polished the story and published it on 1865 with the title Alice in Wonderland.
