1. Recruitment targets and related requirements

2. Recruitment positions and qualifications

Art editors in the art design department - 2 people, professional technical level 12

Job responsibilities: Responsible for newspaper layout design , graphic and text beautification and visual presentation of new media products, etc.

Qualifications:

1. High political awareness and identification with the values ??of the party newspaper;

2. Bachelor degree or above in fine arts, art design, visual communication, etc. Relevant majors;

3. Proficient in graphics, animation, and sound effects software, able to independently draw, compose, and shape. Applicants with 3D application and equivalent abilities will be given priority;

4. Interpretation of graphic art products Applicants with experience in derivative applications of digital media products in the world will be given priority;

5. Strong understanding and independent design capabilities, good at communication and coordination, and able to complete design tasks efficiently;

3. Recruitment process

1. Registration.

2. Examination.

After screening the applicants according to the job requirements, the shortlisted candidates will enter the examination process.

The examination includes practical examination and interview, the specific time will be notified separately.

After the practical examination, the qualified candidates will be sorted from high to low, and the interview candidates will be determined according to 1:5.

The results of the two links will be calculated according to 1:1 to form the overall score, and the finalists will be selected based on 1:3. Relevant information will be announced on the recruitment website.

3. Internship inspection.

Conduct internship inspections on shortlisted candidates.

4. File investigation and physical examination.

The three links of practical examination, interview and internship inspection will be ranked from high to low according to 1:1:1, and file investigation and physical examination will be carried out in equal amounts.

5. Determine the personnel to be hired.

Based on the candidates’ final scores, file investigation, physical examination and other comprehensive conditions, a list of candidates will be selected and selected.

6. Public announcement.

7. Sign an employment contract.
