Supplementary Provisions
1. Applicable objects. The enterprises that enjoy rewards and subsidies as referred to in this policy are enterprises with independent legal person status within the urban area where their registration place and fiscal revenue are at the time of application, unless otherwise provided in the policy. Private non-enterprises, social organizations, etc. are treated as enterprises and enjoy this policy. Labor dispatch companies must reach an agreement with the employer to apply for subsidies. Enterprises are not subject to the comprehensive evaluation type restrictions of "heroes based on average acres". 2. Funding arrangements. Unless otherwise specified in the text, incentive funds will be allocated in accordance with the current financial system. If it is consistent with the relevant support policies issued by the central and provincial governments and other existing policies in our city, it will be implemented in accordance with the principle of non-duplicate enjoyment and high priority.
3. Implementation effectiveness. This policy will come into effect from the date of issuance and will be valid until June 30, 2023. If there are any changes in laws, regulations and major policies from superiors during the implementation process, this policy will be adjusted accordingly.
