What's the difference between photographic light and TV light?

Photography is instantaneous, so it mainly shows the subject, requiring high contrast, which is more important for the brightness and uniformity of surface light.

Television shows a process, life and high authenticity, so the use of light is flatter and the contrast is lower than photography.
