Distinguish between tribute and dried lettuce:

2. Taste: The crisp taste of the tribute will not change after cooking. Lettuce will soon become soft after being put into the pot, and it will feel soft in your mouth after being fried.

3. Different nutritional values: Tribute contains trace elements such as protein, pectin, various amino acids, vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc, carotene, potassium, sodium and phosphorus. Tribute is known as "natural health products and plant nutrients" because of its high vitamin E content. Lettuce is low in carbohydrate, but rich in inorganic salts and vitamins, especially niacin.
