Harvest of five-day trip to North Korea: I visited the real North Korea, and I was deeply impressed by what I saw and heard.

North Korea, a "vicissitudes" and "mysterious" country.

I believe you should know about North Korea as well as I do, and you can only get sporadic news through the official media.

A friend has been to North Korea. She said: although North Korea is a little poor, its happiness is high and there is no pressure in life.

Poor but happy? To tell you the truth, I don't quite believe it.

In 20 19, I went to North Korea. Although it was only five days, I saw only a part of North Korea, but at least I had the opportunity to face North Korea and see a more real side of North Korea.

In 20 19, the wish of "going to North Korea to find out" came true.

That night, I learned that my parents had signed up for a trip to North Korea. I wasn't prepared at all. I didn't expect the opportunity to come so suddenly that I didn't have time to think about it. I quickly called the travel agency to sign up.

Following the arrangement of the travel agency, we gathered in Dandong one day in advance.

Dandong, a border city, had almost no impression of it before I went to North Korea, and I didn't even know that the prestigious Yalu River Bridge was there.

After arriving in Dandong, we found that it is also a beautiful tourist city, but our schedule is very tight and we don't have much free time. We can only simply choose two scenic spots to visit.

Out of the travel agency, the group went directly to the Yalu River and saw the Yalu River Bridge where the martyrs walked. The broken bridge on the side was bombed by shells and left twisted steel fragments, telling the cruelty and ruthlessness brought by the war.

After visiting the Yalu River Bridge, I originally planned to visit the Memorial Hall to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. Later, I was told by the local people that the memorial hall was being expanded and not opened. It's a pity to think about it now.

I can't go to the memorial hall, so I have to make a detour to downtown Dandong. I saw a Korean restaurant on the road. At that time, someone suggested that I sit in and try Korean specialties in advance.

Before going to North Korea, I heard that North Korean girls are all beautiful, but they seldom marry outside.

I also saw Korean cheerleaders on TV a few years ago. Unexpectedly, on this trip, I met a Korean girl before I arrived in North Korea.

Whether it is a talent show or a waiter serving food, the girls are dressed in traditional Korean costumes, with fair skin and slim figure. Although they are not beautiful, they are gentle and decent.

I thought these migrant workers were ordinary Korean girls, and they didn't know their stories until they went to North Korea.

Most of these girls come from famous universities in Pyongyang, and they have to go through layers of examination and approval before they can get the opportunity to go abroad.

However, the girls' ideas were beyond our expectation.

It is somewhat unexpected to feel the quality of "patriotism" and "responsibility" of North Korean girls before arriving in North Korea.

What makes them so patriotic? Makes me curious about North Korea, but at the same time I have a good impression.

When I arrived at Dandong Railway Station the next day, I could occasionally hear Koreans talking. It turns out that this train not only has foreign tourists, but also carries North Koreans back to China.

From the face alone, Koreans and China people do not differ much, but they are not indistinguishable. There are two differences:

We boarded the special train to Pyongyang, which is a blue and white train with a sense of the times, but the interior of the carriage was cleaned very clean.

Two hours later, the train started again. After Sinuiju Railway Station, the cell phone has no signal at all. In the next five days, the mobile phone only has a simple photo function.

It may be because of the tourist train. The speed of the train is not fast, but the idyllic scenery along the way makes everyone relaxed and full of memories.

Not long after leaving Sinuiju Railway Station, the unique features of the Korean countryside began to show like oil paintings:

Every scene can ignite the enthusiasm of everyone to communicate with each other.

At this point, the photographer also forgot to talk, holding a camera in his hand, and pressing the shutter at "houses on the roadside, small railway stations, busy people …".

Everyone chatted and chatted, and time passed quickly. In this way, after six hours of running, we finally arrived at Pyongyang Railway Station.

① Diet.

After leaving the station, it was getting late. After arranging for us to get on the bus, the tour guide briefly said some precautions and took us to Yangjiao Island International Hotel, which is a super hotel that receives foreign guests.

During these five days, we all had a group meal, and every day we had different special dishes. The meal was very delicious.

What impressed me most was the copper bowl rice, ginseng chicken soup, roast duck, Korean cold noodles, ice cream and so on in Kaesong.

② Accommodation.

Although I stayed in their super hotel, I was a little disappointed when I arrived in the guest room. The decoration is very simple and it is a three-star standard in China.

But generally speaking, it is clean and tidy, and there are some disposable items such as slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes.

Can you surf the Internet?

There is no cell phone signal, so I can't get online. In fact, there are two places where you can surf the Internet after you arrive in North Korea.

Although not being able to surf the internet will bring some inconvenience, for me, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

This is my quietest five days.

In just five days together, tour guides and tourists are like friends. They can patiently help us answer almost all North Korean questions.

The whole team took a group photo together, and the smile on everyone's face was particularly relaxed.

④ North Korea's means of transportation

At least the streets we tourists see are clean. There are few private cars on the road. Bicycles are their most commonly used means of transportation. Of course, there are some battery cars. Most Pyongyang citizens still travel by bus, tram or subway.

⑤ The feeling that Korean citizens give me.

Each tour group has two tour guides, one to explain the scenic spots, one to supervise the discipline, one to walk in front of the team and one to follow the team to prevent tourists from leaving their sight.

If something goes wrong, they will be jointly and severally liable, because they have a general understanding of North Korea's national conditions, so everyone understands their work along the way.

In addition, the attitude of the two tour guides is very good, and they can meet our "unreasonable" requirements in many cases.

Salespeople and waiters in North Korea are very beautiful and should be specially selected like girls who go abroad to work.

North Korean citizens love labor and will organize everyone to participate in voluntary labor and performances when they encounter major events.

When they take the subway, they seldom hear noise. When waiting for the bus, they don't look at their mobile phones, but read the newspaper of the day at the newsstand.

Children in school go to school in the morning and develop art skills in the afternoon. No wonder the Korean girls we saw along the way were all versatile.

After watching the children's performances, tourists usually buy them some candy and school supplies, and the children will wave their hands to signal everyone to put the gifts in a special gift point for unified collection.

China-DPRK Friendship Tower

This is the place where everyone in China will come, where revolutionary martyrs bleed. They exchanged their lives for peace in our country in recent decades.

After offering flowers and remembering, we bypassed the back door and visited the inside of the tower. In the middle is a list of sacrificed volunteers with many familiar names. The murals around us depict scenes of various battles and historical moments of final victory.

The tour guide said that the location of the memorial tower is in the direction of China.

North Korea subway

Although I only took one subway stop, it was a rare opportunity to get in close contact with ordinary citizens of North Korea.

The deepest part of the subway is 200 meters, and it takes several minutes to get down by elevator. On the platform below, the venue suddenly became more open and had the style of Moscow.

When waiting for the bus, many North Koreans get together to read newspapers, and rarely hear anyone talking after getting on the bus. I don't know if they are like this or if they see our tourists.

British people's research center

This scenic spot is not only the National Library, but also a place for Pyongyang citizens to learn and give lectures.

The interior of the university auditorium is well decorated and has a computer book selection system. The study room is full of Koreans who come to read books. It seems that everyone understands the truth that "knowledge changes fate". The guide also showed us around the China Library.

The theme tower is not very impressive. I only remember that the narrator told the story of the great man of their country with cadence and emotion, but it was very infectious. Climb to the top of the tower to see the whole picture of Pyongyang, but you need to pay extra.

Although the short five-day trip to North Korea ended, I still remember the simplicity, purity and simplicity of the Korean people.

In particular, "Naive Smile" and "Courtesy to China Tourists" are unforgettable.

Although there is some material poverty in North Korea, most of the high-rise buildings in the city are real, and it is true that people live a happy life.

Until now, I understand why some people say that North Korea is good and some people say that North Korea is not good. In fact, whether the world is beautiful or not depends on the observer's perspective.
