There is a movie about using an excavator to dig out snakes

There is a movie about using an excavator to dig out snakes. "Human-Snake War" is a horror movie directed by Zhang Qi and starring Xiang Yunpeng, Luo Biling, Wei Pingao and others. It tells the story of a boss who built a building to make money and discovered a snake nest. The boss took the lead in killing hundreds of thousands of snakes. After the building was completed, it attracted tens of millions of snakes to seek revenge.

Xiang Yunpeng, who plays the male protagonist, was originally named Qi. His father's name is Qi Hexi, a well-known photographer of the older generation in Taiwan. The two films he shot, "Tai Chi" and "Mrs. Dong", won the Best Documentary Photography Award and the Best Black-and-White Film Photography Award respectively at the 9th Golden Horse Awards in 1971. Perhaps due to family influence, Xiang Yunpeng has loved movies since he was a child. He plans to inherit his father's business when he grows up and join the film industry to learn photography.

After Xiang Yunpeng retired from the Marine Corps, just when he was considering choosing a job, his father was cooperating with martial arts film director Bao Xueli on the movie "Tai Chi". By chance, the director needed a supporting role. The role in the film was very light, with only a few lines, so he arranged for Xiang Yunpeng to try out. Unexpectedly, he was very skilled and performed well, and was deeply loved by the director, and he entered the entertainment industry from then on.

In 1980, Xiang Yunpeng won the title of Best Supporting Actor at the 17th Taiwan Film Golden Horse Awards for his outstanding acting skills in the film "The Savages". The next year, his performance in the film "Classmates" won him a nomination for Best Actor at the 18th Taiwan Golden Horse Film Awards.
