Article 3 Standards and Conditions for Municipal Employee Model Workers

The Municipal Employee Model Worker is the highest honorary title at the municipal level in our city. All employees who are awarded the Municipal Model Worker must resolutely implement the basic line formulated by the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the four basic principles, adhere to the general policy of reform and opening up, have ideals, morality, culture, and discipline, and He has made significant contributions and remarkable achievements in the construction of the two civilizations and enjoys high prestige among the masses. Under this premise, at the same time, one of the following conditions must be met:

The rewards and benefits for city employee model workers listed in these regulations only apply to those newly selected and named after January 1, 1988, and will not be retroactive. Article 7 Management of municipal employee labor models

Article 8 Cancellation of the title of Model Worker of Municipal Employees

1. Those who have any of the following circumstances shall be revoked from the title of city employee model worker:

(2) Those who have been criminally punished;

(3) Those who the city government believes should have their titles revoked due to gross negligence and mistakes.

2. Cancellation of the title of model worker for municipal employees must be approved by the municipal party committee and municipal government.

Article 9: These Interim Provisions shall come into effect on January 1, 1988. Article 10: The Municipal Federation of Trade Unions shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Interim Provisions.
