How many times can an entry-level SLR zoom?

The SLR camera itself has no zoom. As for zoom, it depends on which lens you choose. For example, if you choose the lens of 16-35, the zoom is less than 3 times, and so is the lens of 70-200, which is nearly 3 times. The zoom factor of 28-300 lens is nearly 12 times. This is true of any SLR camera. The zoom value depends on what kind of lens is used, and the lens determines the zoom multiple.
