Design standard: two-way six-lane expressway; Design speed: 1 km/h; Design load: steam-exceeding 2, hanging-12; The subgrade is 33.5 meters wide and the bridge deck is 32 meters wide (excluding the cable anchorage area). The whole line is equipped with monitoring, communication, toll collection, lighting, dynamic and static weighing systems, as well as landscape lighting of Nancha main bridge, Nancha Bridge Park and Baguazhou service area.

The project was officially started on October 6th, 1997, and was completed and opened to traffic on March 26th, 21, nearly seven months ahead of the national approval period.
