In recent years, with the increase of the company's construction tasks and the influence of the economic environment on the company's operation, the company's basic management work is extremely heavy, which once made the software construction such as corporate culture and employee culture relatively backward.

Since September last year, we have started to work out the key construction work of corporate culture and employee culture in the near future and even in the future, including arranging employees' cultural and sports activities on festivals such as March 8, May 1 Day, July 1 Day and National Day, and setting up eight teams or special activity groups for employees in stages, including literature and art, sports, employee training and technical competition. These works have been valued and supported by the municipal general office, the labor union of the Housing and Construction Bureau and the party and government leaders of the company. Under the guidance of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee and the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, its core work is to comprehensively promote the construction of corporate culture and create a cultural position for employees with characteristics in line with the actual situation of the company.

1, on March 8th, fun fitness games were held for female employees. This year, with the active mobilization and careful preparation of the Women's Working Committee, women workers were organized to carry out a number of workers' fitness activities such as holding the ball and walking in balance on March 8th. Various departments, marketing companies, water supply companies and other grass-roots units, including some retired employees, 100 more than female employees participated in the activities.

It is our tradition for many years to carry out various forms of workers' cultural and sports activities, which has a deep mass base in enterprises, which provides us with unique conditions for cultural construction and cultural and sports activities. Therefore, we should continue to give full play to this superior resource, adhere to the general direction of corporate culture construction, and extensively carry out various forms of cultural and sports activities that employees love. While activating the cultural life of employees and improving their cultural quality, we should gradually cultivate and build cultural brands with enterprise characteristics and personality.

2, May 1 to carry out the "staff painting and calligraphy photography exhibition". On the eve of May 1 this year, we organized this year's "Staff Painting and Calligraphy Photography Exhibition". In order to ensure the quality of the film festival, stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to participate in the activities, and cultivate and explore a group of cultural backbone talents with special skills, love to learn and be good at learning, we launched a centralized solicitation activity in advance. Organize employees who like photography and painting to go deep into Longci water source, water purification plant, deep water workshop, pump room and other production sites. Reflect the reform and development of the enterprise and the diligent and fiery labor scene of the water supply staff with the lens picture and the brush in your hand. At the same time, the collecting group also collectively went to Fenhe Scenic Area to shoot wonderful pictures, experience the beautiful scenery and feel the fruits of urban development. Nearly 200 works were collected in this painting and calligraphy photography exhibition, including photography 1 10, calligraphy 63 and painting 165438. There are 65 employees participating in the competition.

3. On July 1 day, the staff will answer questions. A few days ago in July/KLOC-0, we organized the "Knowledge Question and Answer of the July 1st Workers' Congress". The content of the answer is divided into three parts: party building knowledge, trade union knowledge and company common sense. It involves 256 employees. Except for four shifts, pipeline installation and inconvenient organization of foreign personnel, all other employees participated in the answering activities.

4. Employee Reading Month. According to the instructions of the trade unions of the provincial and municipal housing and construction bureaus, the company's trade unions took the opportunity of obtaining the listing of the staff bookstore of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and took the standardized construction of the staff bookstore as a platform to vigorously promote the reading activities of employees. On June 5438+ 10 this year, the whole company organized employee reading month, and more than 50 employees participated in the activity successively. Returned 152 reading notes of various subjects, and 10 winning works were unanimously recognized after preliminary examination and review, and the trade union rewarded these 10 employees. In order to achieve the hard index of the general manager's assessment of the staff library, we insisted on carrying out the activity of "sending books to the grassroots". At present, the work is still progressing in an orderly manner.

5. Staff sports activities. As another carrier of corporate culture construction, employee sports activities have been in our company for more than 50 years. In order to further enrich employees' spare time, keep fit and improve their quality, we bought two sets of table tennis tables and two sets of badminton equipment this year. After work, employees insist on fitness activities.

6. Construction of workers' cultural positions. This year, according to the requirements of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions on strengthening the construction of workers' culture, we formulated and promulgated the "Implementation Measures on Promoting the Construction of Enterprise Culture and Creating a Model Unit for Workers' Cultural Activities" in combination with the characteristics of enterprises, which was studied and passed by the company's leadership meeting on April 8, 201013.

According to this implementation method, the trade union will do a good job in eight key tasks, such as "building workers' cultural positions", "developing workers' cultural activities", "building workers' ideological and moral level" and "cultivating workers' literary and artistic backbone" in a planned and step-by-step manner this year and next.

1, construction of workers' cultural positions. Of the four multi-functional workers' cultural activity posts planned to be created at present, three (Quantong Pipeline Company, Water Purification Plant and Company Courtyard) have been built during the year, and they were listed separately before May 1. In addition to the necessary painting, decoration and equipment purchase, I also bought some books.

2. Organization and construction of staff cultural and sports activities. In order to further strengthen and promote the development of staff and workers' cultural and sports activities, the Notice on Establishing the Staff and Workers' Cultural and Sports Association of the Company was issued in May. The purpose is to implement responsibilities, divide responsibilities, and vigorously promote the construction of colorful corporate culture.

3. Actively participate in the general activities of the city. At the beginning of the year, according to the overall arrangement of the city, the organization participated in the large-scale light show in Linfen. At the same time, organize and participate in the employee speech contest held by the general manager of the city.

4. Complete the subscriptions of Workers' Daily, Shanxi Workers' Daily, Shanxi Labor Movement and China Trade Union Finance.
