Zheng Fenming, director and researcher of Institute of Modern Studies, Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, is a descendant of Master Zheng Zhigang, the first generation photographer in Shaxian County in the Republic of China. When jumping the queue in Zhentou Village, Mr. Xu Jiang, a famous artist and now president of China Academy of Fine Arts, was sent to Zhentou with his family and became familiar with him. They often play basketball in Zhentou Middle School. Once, they went to Shaxian City to eat flat meat by bike. He has worked in Guangzhou for fifteen years and has never been back to Shaxian. I once went back to Shaxian to visit my relatives and imitate my friends. His classmates and alumni invited him to the original snack bar to taste Shaxian snacks. He repeatedly said "Shaxian shepherd's purse soup". Unfortunately, that day, he tasted many kinds of Shaxian snacks, but he couldn't eat shepherd's purse soup. When I left Shaxian, I ate near Shuinan bus station and asked for shepherd's purse soup. Because it was late, there was still no result. Later, many Shaxian people went to Guangzhou to open Shaxian snack bar. His classmates sent a handful of shepherd's purse from Shaxian to Guangzhou and told the owner of the snack bar to make Shaxian shepherd's purse soup that Director Zheng Fenming found delicious. The folks I met when I jumped the queue at the head of the town now go to Guangzhou to operate snacks, and they all go to Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences to ask Zheng Fenming for help. Zheng Fenming will try his best to help no matter how busy he is. The town leader praised him as the "director of Shaxian snack office" in Guangzhou, the first district of Shaxian town.
