1. First create a new picture in photoshop, and then open a photo and paste it into the picture.

2. Add a gradient adjustment layer (Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Gradient) and adjust the favorites and highlight sliders of RGB channels, as shown in the figure.

3. Add a threshold adjustment layer (Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Threshold) and set the threshold color scale to 77, as shown in the figure.

4. Enter the channel panel, bring up the RGB channel selection, and press Ctrl+Shift+I to reverse the selection.
