The rule of using filters is that color photography should not use black-and-white filters, and black-and-white photography can use color filters, but the effect is not great.

Polarizers that eliminate stray light are used for color and black-and-white photography.

However, these two filters should not be used together. Polarizers filter out stray light in the sky, amplifying the effect of blue sky and white clouds, while red filters only make the sky strangely dark, and white clouds will be very dark. At this time, adding a polarizer in the dark will not increase the contrast. To put it bluntly, only the red filter works, and the polarizer can be almost ignored.
