What do foreigners living in Dali look like in their eyes?

Once I went to Yunnan for a month and stayed in Dali for a week, and I was still deeply impressed by Dali.

As a foreigner, I recall my impression of Dali now, and the deepest memory is Erhai Lake. Erhai Lake is a freshwater lake, but it may be named Erhai Lake because of the local people's yearning for the sea. Erhai Lake in Dali is very famous. The tour guide once told us that Cangshan Erhai Lake is a business card of Dali. I remember that many scenes of the movie "Flowers Blooming" were shot in Dali, Yunnan, and some of the accommodation attractions were from homestays near Erhai Lake in Dali. Erhai Lake in Dali is considered as a pure place. I once spent a day getting to know it. At that time, I rented a bicycle to travel around the sea. A cool breeze blew all the way, enjoying the coolness of Erhai Lake. I occasionally stop to look at the sparkling water and Cangshan Mountain in the distance. Several seagulls flew by. I really enjoyed the comfort of that moment, and felt that Dali gave me a pure feeling without industrial pollution.

I like my days in Dali very much, where the climate is mild. Even in winter, I don't think it will be particularly cold. Located on the plateau, it doesn't light until seven or eight in the morning. The road is quiet, and the ancient city seems to be still in a dream. Interestingly, the sun sets very late there, and the sky may be bright at eight o'clock in the evening. In this state, people's pace of life seems to be relatively slow, and there is no time to chase people. People are in a hurry, and people live in an orderly way. This is what I envy very much.

Living in Dali, I found the importance of flowers. There are flowers everywhere, which is really pleasing to the eye. From the blooming flowers in the ancient city to the garlands on tourists' heads, and then to the flower cakes with Yunnan characteristics, flowers have become the symbol of this city.

Walking in the ancient streets of Dali, I like to see people wearing national costumes, whether they are girls wearing Naxi long skirts or Bai women wearing blue and white. They are the main characters in my photography. It is not that person who is infatuated with me, but a charm of Yunnan.
