Of course, software can't meet the basic requirements of a designer. When I realized this, I began to look for a new way out.

Design should be based on theory, mainly in plate design, logo design techniques, color ideas and so on. I chose three projects as a breakthrough, bought some books on design theory translated from abroad, and gained a lot. Later, I finished all the design courses with the first grade in each subject. At that time, the teacher asked me to stay in school to do teaching work, and I chose to refuse. I know my current level is far from enough. ..

Later, I stayed at home for about 2 months, taught some courses online every day, wrote many new design theories, and summarized the knowledge I learned in the past. Finally, I found a big problem. China's education system is really abnormal, completely following the disgusting cycle of teachers teaching students and students teaching students. This is an inevitable phenomenon caused by the chaotic design market in China, and it is also the final result of a large number of low-quality students flowing into the market due to excessive market demand. China needs a new teaching system.

With a brand-new goal, I chose to work during the day and start teaching and self-study at night. Two months later, I became the design director of my work unit and took over the work of customer negotiation. Of course, all this is due to my theoretical study. Without them, there would be no me today.

Because I don't repeat the course content every day, I developed a lot of technical after-school exercises, which won unanimous praise from my classmates. But half a year's teaching made me feel a little tired. ...

After stopping all classes, another opportunity came to my door. A pictorial came to my present company to dig me up. This is a private enterprise. The company doesn't have a specific release plan every day, which makes me very worried. After two days of sleepless searching for information, I submitted several plans and operating modes according to the company's current situation, but the second-in-command directly wrote it down as his own business and went to the meeting without saying anything.

After many meetings, these schemes and operation modes have become the current operation process of the unit and are still in use today.

Because the illustrated program has been rearranged, the efficiency and fluency of cooperation in all aspects have been greatly improved, and the efforts of business departments have made the company gain a lot of capital gains. It took me two months to be officially promoted to design director by the big boss, leading the coordination between the design department and the editing department. Perhaps this is a moment worth celebrating, but I have already raised the idea of retirement in my heart. At this time, it happened that I graduated from design study for three years.

This is a very complicated private enterprise. There are different factions, and there are some frictions between them. Because there are always contradictions and opinions on the distribution of work and funds, and I am involved in this struggle because of appreciation, you can't continue to work with peace of mind. The advertising department often has problems to set obstacles for you, and finally I can't bear to make a life-changing choice.

I had dinner with the big boss that night, made a detailed analysis of the current newspaper, and said many opinions and solutions. We talked until 0 o'clock in the morning that day, and I had dinner with my boss.

The following month, the unit carried out a major cleaning. From top 2 to salesmen, almost all the people involved in internal struggles were fired or resigned for various reasons ... In order to eliminate the "hooliganism" that prevailed in this collective for nearly half a year.

When these noisy voices disappear, I am faced with two choices: either resign and bear the consequences of my crazy plan, or bite the bullet and accept the new person and stay in the third place.

The unit system has been formed, and the operation mode has also ensured a good income, and there is no bad environment of intrigue. Maybe this is a good opportunity for you to get more development. But in this reform, I also became a cold face, tired, really tired.

Then I left, very quiet, and left like this. Now I just stay in a well-paid institution and be a small civil servant. I still do the design I love, but I have lost my passion in the past.

The design takes art as the means, commerce as the purpose, and spiritual vision as the command, transforming the philosophy of life into style, adding features to products and then regrouping. Only such works can be called design.

A single element represents a concept, and more than two elements will collage the answer. This is the design. The embodiment of a kind of outlook on life and values after being transformed into material.
