It's not the same when it comes out —— Reading Sharing Activities in Wuxi Offline

I am a tossing leaf, so I began to fantasize about organizing an offline onion reading club in Wuxi as early as the onion reading class. It would be too perfunctory to just say hello to June. After all, you can gain strength by taking action. Then, going to a book club, going to a place you have never been to, meeting a group of strange faces and listening to a different story will add a touch of color to June?

On May 30th, I decided to organize a reading party at the weekend, so I hurriedly asked the captain how to organize an offline reading party and where the publicity materials came from. I am especially grateful to Captain Xin Yao for his help, and I am also grateful to Shimizu for his advice on site selection and the help of the activity organization.

Let's talk about choosing a venue first (although I have been in Wuxi for 4 years, I can count the number of shopping with one hand, and I really don't know where it is suitable).

Step 1: See where the friends in the group choose to organize the reading club. I found that most of them are places like cafes and bookstores, and you can also choose your own home. These have become my reference.

Step 2: Confirm my goal of choosing the venue, with convenient transportation, preferably near the subway, which is convenient for friends to go directly, so I give priority to convenient transportation when choosing the venue, followed by quiet and clean environment.

Step 3: Search online for city-related shops, such as Baidu's "Wuxi's most beautiful bookstore", and a lot of raiders' guides will come out in an instant, or you can directly enter "bookstore" in the public comment. After that, I will check the store address, pictures and write down the phone number.

Step 4: Call your favorite store and ask what conditions are needed for organizing activities, such as paying venue fees or spending money at the store. Most shops just need to go to the store for a drink.

Step 5: If you are troubled by the above methods, you can also ask local friends in your circle of friends to recommend you. Anyway, I did it and got help.

Regarding the activity flow, I wrote a mind map, as shown below.

Method 1 and method 3 get book lovers, and method 2 doesn't see the effect.

Reasons for reflection: There are more frequent partners in the course group, so it is more sincere to invite them in person, and at the same time, we can fully understand our activities. The reason for the failure of circle of friends promotion may be that there are fewer local friends with the same frequency, and at the same time, there is no increase in publicity. For example, you can find more friends to help forward posters or event introductions. Of course, there are reasons why the introduction of the event is not attractive.

It is expected that eight people, seven people will sign up and the last three will attend. I received a leave message from my friend before the activity, so I can't come temporarily. At that time, I felt a little lost and even laughed at by my teammates. Why do you do this every time you organize an activity?

Reasons for reflection:

A. Activities are not the most important for the participating partners, so priority is given to conflicts.

B. Because of the pre-publicity reasons, there are not enough people in the registration activities, so a little leave will appear less.

Small way:

Try to increase the creativity of the activity, make people feel that it will be a pity to miss such an activity, and then put it on the most important thing on the agenda. For example, you can invite Brother Liu, and I believe friends from surrounding cities will also come. After all, it is rare to see him.

It's really small:

Although there are only three people, the communication is very pleasant, the whole atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed, and the focus is on full harvest.

Because there are three people, we have no other complicated procedures. We introduced ourselves briefly, shared good books and discussed reading problems. Finally, we visited Nanchang Street together. First time here, haha.

Leaves: Love to toss, love to raise a baby, and love to share.

In fact, each partner has many other characteristics, so I won't list them one by one. )

Lu Zhen: "Re-examination" introduces the method of re-examination, and also shares with us the cloud thinking, how to draw the problem opportunity map, and the thinking model.

Ye Zi: Just do it, set goals and ways to achieve them.

Thoughts on the next book club activity: You can try 1 hour to read a book quickly and then share it with everyone, which is equivalent to reading several books in a short time.

The whole activity takes 2 hours. After the activity, we visited the bookstore near Nanchang Street and talked about trivial things in life. It was wonderful. Jump out of the track of daily life, bump into interesting souls and do interesting things.

1, lack of preparation time, suspected of improvisation. Therefore, the materials are not fully prepared, for example, the kt version is not prepared, and the personal label card of the small partner is forgotten to bring it when going out.

2. The promotion of activities was also done in a hurry. Next time you can write it and discuss it with your friends, and then modify it to make the copy look more attractive.

You can send a photo to a friend who didn't come after you arrive at the store. One is to tell them that someone has arrived, and the other is to facilitate friends to find a place.

4. The activity content can be set more finely and creatively.

When we hesitate to change, please tell ourselves and just do it. As long as you walk out of the house, you will find that change has begun and your inner restlessness and beauty have been aroused. At first, you may be a little shy and unwilling to express it. Finally, you let go of the chat and happily share the interesting things you know about astronomy and geography entertainment. That's when you realize how beautiful you are.
