The filming units of Xiao Yatou are Hebei TV Station, population and family planning commission of Shijiazhuang City and Lingshou County Committee and County Government.

The movie "Little Girl's Head" was officially launched in the arched square in Lingshou County. The film was written by Wang Xinli, the national first-class director of Hebei TV Station, and directed by Lu, a photographer of Bayi Film Studio. In My Brother's Name is Liu Shun, Zhan Jingyi plays Cui Xueqin, the first daughter of Liu Shun.

After the opening ceremony, the film was officially filmed in Lingshou County, successively in Zhangyu Village, Chen Zhuang, Lingshou County, Manshan Village, Xiatong Village, Wuyue Village, Qiushan Scenic Area, Quzhai in Luquan City and Yuancun in Zanhuang County. It is expected to be completed in early September, when it will be premiered in Shijiazhuang and broadcast on CCTV-6 movie channel.
