According to a friend, there are some new people in their unit who often have problems at work. Once, for an important job, some employees worked overtime, and the manager of the competent department later found him and wanted to pay overtime to these people, but he told the new leader that the company had an agreement not to pay overtime! I asked why? He said, this is tradition! Because they don't usually work much, they have to be busy for several stages every year, and the staff are usually very idle. When busy, strictly follow the division of labor, which department is responsible for which department's work, regardless of overtime or rest, as long as the result, regardless of the process! On the negative side, it will impact the established rules in the organization. Most of these rules are effective arrangements that have been proved by long-term practice.

But generally speaking, in an organization, the habits and style of the main leaders will directly affect the style of the whole enterprise! As big as a country and as small as a family, this is often the case.
In the past, in traditional families, the father was generally the main decision-maker and rulemaker. Almost all the important decisions in the family are made according to my father's wishes. However, with the gradual aging of their father, several children began to explore their own way of life. After a period of time, a new core figure will reappear in the family and become the main representative of this big family. If family members can communicate with each other and teach each other good practices, the family will be more harmonious.
