China Chongqing Mountain Residence B&B is located in Tianjingping, Banan District, surrounded by mountains and clouds. In this environment, how to better talk with nature has become the theme of architecture. The design adopts the form of weakening single building, so that the building can be integrated into the mountains with a humble attitude. At the same time, the mountain height difference and terrain change are used to create a flowing and changing space scene, conform to the trend, show the beauty of nature, and create a relaxed and plain space atmosphere. The horizontally expanding horizon allows plants and other buildings to cover the ground and blend with the surrounding mountain terraces. The first floor of the building is embedded in the mountains, and the second floors of the two buildings are connected on the new height difference ground, forming a semi-introverted swimming pool courtyard. The courtyard is surrounded by buildings and verandas on three sides, one of which faces the valley terraces, which makes the courtyard a corner of the landscape and a prospect of watching nature. The veranda connecting the two buildings undulates on the ground with different elevations, which runs through the scene experience of different atmospheres. Every room has a cliff view, French windows bring mountains and clouds into people's eyes, and the prominent balcony provides a unique sense of ceremony for viewing. Let wildflower meadows, cliff-facing roof gardens and terraced wetlands become the "protagonists" here, and at the same time, they are equipped with rainwater collection and purification systems for irrigation of garden plants. The whole building complex forms a self-circulating ecosystem from the inside out.
