It has a clothing and props warehouse of nearly 20,000 square meters, and has collected hundreds of thousands of uniforms of Beiyang Warlords, Kuomintang Army, American Army and China People's Liberation Army in various periods, various costumes of China in past dynasties, various special effects, props, guns and other equipment of American Army, Japanese Army and China Army in 1930s and 1940s, and tens of thousands of pieces of furniture, military, daily furnishings and props in Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are five studios with a total area of about 3,300 square meters, among which shed 2 is the only studio with glass bead screen synthesis equipment in China.

Department of film literature

Military education film department

Technical department

For example, the recording workshop has a full set of Dolby SR-D equipment, and the developing and printing workshop has computer-controlled bottom cutting, light distribution and printing process equipment. Hubei Branch is located in Gucheng County, Hubei Province, covering an area of 293 mu and a building area of 40,000 square meters. /kloc-0 was completed in September, 1976, and/kloc-0 was renamed as its current name in 1993. Founded in June 1989, it is the only unit in the whole army that publishes literary and artistic audio-visual products. The agency has first-class pre-production and post-production equipment for film and television, and has produced a large number of film and television audio-visual products, mainly including VCD products of more than 30 films, such as "One Hundred Excellent Songs-Karaoke in Barracks", the feature film "The Light of Women" (1-5 episodes), tunnel warfare, mine warfare and bitter cauliflower.

Wang Zuo Military Film and Television Base

Located in Wang Zuo Town, Fengtai District, Beijing, it was established in 1993. Covering an area of 705 mu and a building area of 83,300 square meters, it is the only multifunctional military film and television production base in China. It can provide location shooting venues and props for film shooting, and provide sightseeing for tourists. The base is divided into two areas: "literary drama" and "martial drama". Wenxi District covers an area of 200 mu, with scenic spots such as Shuangqing Mountain Villa and Jiangnan Water Town, and plans to build "Fengze Garden" and "Southern Town". Martial arts area includes Xianyang City, Prop City, Car Gun Depot and other scenic spots, as well as military war area, military training area, stunt performance area and chariot exhibition area.
