2. Recruitment procedures and methods

Registration

1. Registration time: 8:30-11 am from April 28 to April 29, 2021 :30, 14:00-17:00 pm.

2. The exam

is divided into two parts: job professional ability test and interview, with a full score of 50 points each.

1. Job professional ability test link. Each recruiting unit will organize itself and complete the professional ability test before May 15th. The passing score is 30 points.

2. Interview session. After the professional ability test, interview candidates will be determined on a 1:3 basis. The interview is organized and implemented by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the passing score is 30 points. The specific time and location will be notified later.

Physical Examination

According to the total test scores from high scores to low scores, the physical examination personnel will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people applying for the position. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment" , organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

The political review

will be organized by each recruiting unit.

Recruitment

Determine the personnel to be hired based on test scores, physical examination, and political review. The hired personnel sign a labor contract with a third-party labor dispatch company and serve as non-staff staff in Wucheng District.

3. Others
