What laws did plagiarism violate?

Do not violate the criminal law. According to the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), plagiarism is illegal. Plagiarism refers to the act of stealing or modifying other people's works for your own use, completely or partially copying other people's works in the same way, or changing their form or content to some extent. It is a serious infringement of the copyright of others, and it is difficult to identify it in the practice of copyright trial.
