Yuzuru Hanyu’s off-court life

On July 16, 2014, the first DVD "Yuzuru Hanyu's Awakening Moment" was released. It set a record of 21,000 copies in the first week of release. It debuted on July 28 this week. So far, it has topped the ORICONDVD weekly rankings.

On September 16, 2014, post offices across Japan issued Yuzuru Hanyu commemorative stamps.

On October 24, 2014, the first personal photo album "YUZURU Yuzuru Hanyu Photo Album" was released in Japan. This book was published by Naoto Noto, a photographer who was born in Sendai like Hanyu in 2007. I started shooting this work when I was just a 12-year-old NOVICE-level contestant. The photo album sold 23,000 copies in the first week of its release, making it the weekly champion among the male star photo albums released in 2014.
