Why is the LV (live view function) of Nikon D3 100 different from the pictures taken?

Because the aperture and shutter of the camera are fully open when taking pictures, it doesn't mean that if you adjust the values of the aperture and shutter, they will be executed immediately to the corresponding state, but if you press the door, they will be executed according to the set values.
