Liu Shaoqi’s Hometown Management Bureau is a county-level public institution directly under the Changsha Municipal Party Committee. 1. Recruitment conditions

2. College degree or above in broadcasting, Chinese, history, secretarial, tourism or related majors.

3. Have both image and temperament, women should be over 1.60 meters tall and men should be over 1.70 meters tall.

4. Aged between 20-23 years old.

6. The visual acuity of the first eye is above 1.0.

2. Salary and Management

The internship period is three months, and the salary is 1,000 yuan/month. After the internship period expires, an assessment and acceptance process will be conducted. Those who meet the requirements will have a probation period of 9 months and a probationary salary of 1,600 yuan/month. After the probationary period, a salary system will be implemented, and commentators will be evaluated based on five aspects: Putonghua proficiency, professional explanation test, written test, talent level, and comprehensive ability. Establish a long-term mechanism for the evaluation of instructors, with two instructors as the evaluation benchmark, and a promotion examination will be conducted every two years. The salary of the commentators is: five commentators (annual salary is about 60,000 yuan), four commentators (annual salary is about 50,000 yuan), three commentators (annual salary is about 40,000 yuan), and two commentators (annual salary is about 30,000 yuan), enjoy Statutory public holidays.
