What camera is good for filming micro-movies?
DVCAM format is a video and audio storage medium developed by Sony in 1996. Its performance is similar to DV, but the difference is the track width. The track width of DV is 10 micron, while that of DVCAM is 15 micron. Because the recording speed is different, DV is 18.8 mm/s and DVCAM is 28.8 mm/s, so the recording time is different. DV tape is 60-276 minutes, and DVCAM tape can record 34- 184 minutes. In terms of video and audio recording, DV and DVCAM are basically the same, the recording rate is 25Mbps, and the audio adopts two sampling modes of 48kHz and 32kHz, which can be downloaded to the computer for editing through IEEE 1394 firewire. DVCPRO is a new digital format introduced by Panasonic Company on the basis of 1996 DV format. Adopt 4: 1: 1 sampling, 5: 1 compression, 18 micron track width. 1998 introduced DVCPRO50 based on dvcpro, adopting 4:2:2 sampling and 3.3: 1 compression. The total weight of DVCPRO digital camcorder is only over 5 kg, which is very light and especially suitable for news. Due to the adoption of DV format 1/4-inch cassette, it is compatible with domestic DV format, laying a foundation for the wide range of news sources. In the security system of surveillance cameras, the current image generation mainly comes from CCD cameras.
