The lens thickness of SLR cameras is different! What effect does the thick one have, and what about the thin one?
Lens thickness is related to the following aspects, but not limited to the following aspects, just take what I can think of at the moment:
1, aperture size: the aperture f value is the ratio of lens focal length to aperture diameter. The longer the focal length, the smaller the F value of the aperture and the larger the aperture diameter. Since the aperture diameter is large, it is obvious that the lens cannot be thinned. Therefore, the general telephoto is thicker than the standard focal length, and the large aperture lens is thicker than the small aperture lens. I guess you can cook well by asking such questions. Maybe you don't know the basic terms such as focal length and aperture. Look it up yourself.
2. Phase field size: In order to cover the phase field, the lens group with enough imaging circle must also have the corresponding diameter, so common sense is that the middle frame lens is thicker than Quan Huafu, Quan Huafu is thicker than C frame, and C frame is thicker than 43, and so on. Even a periscope lens as big as a DC fingernail is enough, and a zoom lens with a thickness of 3-4 times mm 1-2 need not be lengthened.
3. Anti-shake components, annular focusing motor, electric zoom and other modern mechanical equipment. The old film lens has no anti-shake, manual zoom, manual focus and manual aperture. Nowadays, digital SLR lenses generally have autofocus, electric aperture, and some have anti-shake and electric zoom, which take up a lot of space, especially the ring focus motor is definitely thicker than the D head, so you can see from Nikon lens that the aperture of the same focal segment is thicker than that of the D head.
4, special requirements: the same Quan Huafu phase field and no anti-shake, Sigma's 50 1.4 is thicker than Canon and Nikon's, and the filter size is 77, which brings the advantage of better aperture erosion performance, but some people just like aperture erosion. I don't know what Sima thinks anyway. Maybe it's for people who are good at camouflage. I don't like this head. People weigh more than 200 grams, while you weigh more than one kilogram. If you are D3 or Malaysian, forget it. Get an expert who is top-heavy at first sight and smile.
To sum up, "thick" only gives the lens a space. A thick lens with the same focal length is easier to achieve better results than a thin lens, but it does not mean that a thick lens is better than a thin lens. Specific problems need specific analysis, such as Sigma 1020 second generation 82mm, Tuli 1 16 77mm, which is better?
It is another matter for the masses to be more eye-catching, but when playing with the humanities, we must avoid being silly and rude.
