Photo color matching skills

Photo color matching techniques are as follows:

Color matching, first of all, it is necessary to make clear that a color matching method is not applicable to all photos, only for specific photos, and then sort out ideas. The last step is color matching, because when color matching, we mainly adjust the tone of the tone in the picture, thus changing the color and tone in the picture.

At the same time, we need to know the color theory before color matching, including two basic color models and elements of color, adjacent color and complementary color theory. The two color models refer to rgb and CMYK, the three elements of color refer to hue, saturation and lightness, the adjacent colors refer to two colors that are close to each other in the color circle, and the complementary colors refer to the colors that form an angle of 180 degrees with them in the color circle.

Finally, it is to master the relevant color matching tools. Common color matching tools include curve, channel mixer, optional color, color balance, gradient mapping and so on. Different tools can achieve the same effect, but in fact, each tool uses different color theory, just like hue/saturation tool and hue balance.

On the introduction of color matching, it is generally easier to get started than to master, followed by more practice and accumulated experience.
