Which digital cameras have infrared photography function?
In daily visible light photography, both infrared and ultraviolet rays are harmful factors to imaging. On the one hand, because the refractive index of the lens is different from that of visible light, the focal position of the image is also different. When the image formed by visible light is in focus, the image formed by these invisible lights is out of focus and will form fog in the photo; On the other hand, the main body has different reflection and absorption characteristics for visible light and invisible light, and the weak light area in visible light may be the strong reflection area of infrared light. If visible light and infrared light are imaged at the same time, the result of the interaction between * * * is that the contrast of photos is reduced and fog is produced. We often add a UV mirror in front of the camera to prevent ultraviolet rays from participating in imaging and affecting the clarity of imaging. For infrared rays, we rely on the built-in infrared cut-off filter ICF of the camera to block them. Strictly speaking, the cleaner the camera filters the invisible light, the clearer the image will be, so it is impossible to take infrared photos. If you want to take infrared photos, you must do the opposite. Using special filters, only infrared rays are allowed to pass through, and visible light is not allowed or selectively allowed to pass through. Redden 25, which can filter most visible light, and Leiden 87, 87A, 87C and 88A, which filter most visible light, are used most. Some digital cameras have special infrared shooting functions, such as Sony F7 17, 8 18, V series and W series. The infrared cut filter ICF can be removed by the "night vision" function. This kind of digital cameras can take infrared photos as long as they are equipped with infrared filters, while the ICF filters of most other digital cameras can't block all infrared rays, which creates conditions for these digital cameras to take infrared photos. To know whether your digital camera can take infrared photos, the method is simple. Aim at the infrared emission window of the TV remote control and press any remote control key to take pictures. If there is light in the infrared emission window of the remote control, it means that your digital camera can take infrared photos. Of course, in addition to using digital cameras with night vision function such as Sony, those digital cameras that can sense certain infrared rays can only be sensitive to a very narrow range of infrared rays when taking infrared photos, so their sensitivity is very low. If it is really used for infrared shooting, it is better to make some modifications.
