His first job was as a waiter in an American restaurant, and he also worked part-time as a fashion model and hairstyle model in a print magazine. Later, he was transferred to Loung Bar, where he worked in a photo printing shop ("ぉでん" is also sold now).

When MC Jin was a student, he began to teach himself photography. By chance, he took part in a photo contest and won the championship, then he was assigned as a personal photographer.

Since 2004, the life story of MC Jin (19 ~22 years old) has been adapted into one of the films "The Best Time" by Hou Xiaoxian (most of the adaptation elements), and the role of "Chen Jing" is played by Shu Qi. From 2005 to 2007, almost all of them came and went in the workshops of recuperation and performing arts. The Best Time was shortlisted for the best styling design in the 42nd Golden Horse Award, but it didn't win the prize. During this period, he performed a movie, several short films and music videos, served as fashion modeling and photography at the same time, and successfully quit drugs for sleep disorders by practicing Qigong.

In 2008, he left the entertainment industry and wrote a novel called Man-eating Street, which will be published by Moyin Publishing House.
