Where is the place name of the ancient "cloud" now?

Yunzhong County, an ancient administrative region of China, existed for two periods in succession. The first time was Zhao Qin Han in the Warring States Period. The second time was in the Tang Dynasty, Yunzhong County temporarily replaced Yunzhou.

During the Warring States period, it was a part of the State of Zhao and was placed by King Wuling of Zhao. The Qin dynasty ruled the cloud (now northeast of Togtoh, Inner Mongolia). The jurisdiction is about east of Tumd Right Banner in Inner Mongolia, south of Daqing Mountain, west of Zhuozi County, south of the Yellow River and north of the Great Wall. During the Western Han Dynasty, Yunzhong County was divided into Yunzhong County and Dingxiang County. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, Yunzhong County was re-established.

Yunzhong City Site site was captured by Qin Shihuang in 236 BC. In 234 BC (13th year of Qin Shihuang), the State of Qin established Yunzhong County here. In 22 1 year BC, Qin Shihuang unified the six countries, became the first emperor, and formally established the Qin Dynasty. Qin Shihuang carried out the county system throughout the country, and set up 36 counties in the country, and Yunzhong County became one of them.

In 2 14 AD, Qin Shihuang sent hundreds of thousands of people, including Meng Tian, to attack Xiongnu in the north, recover the vast area south of the Yellow River Hetao, cross the Yellow River, occupy the area north of Wulashan and south of Langshan, and build thirty-four counties (forty-four counties) along the river.

Some of these counties are under the jurisdiction of Yunzhong County. Today, the ancient city discovered by archaeologists in the west of Halabanshen Village in Tuoketuo County should be one of the 34 counties built by Qin Shihuang. The names of these counties are not recorded in the history books, and the names of the ancient cities west of Halaban Shencun are unknown.
