Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to all kinds of undergraduate enrollment of Henan University. Enrollment types include: general enrollment, art enrollment, sports enrollment, and various special (directional) enrollment.

Article 2 The enrollment work of Henan University follows the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, with comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Article 3 The enrollment work of Henan University shall be supervised by the enrollment department at a higher level, as well as by candidates, news media and all sectors of society.

Chapter II General Situation of Schools

Article 4 The name of the school is Henan University (GB code 10475), and it runs in multiple campuses. At present, there are three campuses: Minglun Campus (Kaifeng City), Jin Ming Campus (Kaifeng City) and Longzihu Campus (Zhengzhou City, under construction).

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 8 Henan University shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be responsible for formulating enrollment plans and policies, and discussing and deciding major issues in enrollment work. The Admissions Committee has a leading group for enrollment work. When the Admissions Committee is not in session, it shall act as the functions of the Admissions Committee, supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the Admissions Committee and guide the daily enrollment work.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Policy Requirements

Article 13 Puyang Institute of Technology of Henan University is a secondary college of Henan University. Henan University is responsible for enrollment and student status management. Article 18 admission principles for art majors

Candidates' cultural achievements and professional achievements should reach the minimum admission control scores of corresponding batches in each province. The provincial admissions department shall, in accordance with the principle of "voluntary priority" among the candidates admitted to our school:

1. Fine arts major: The score of major is subject to the unified examination results of fine arts or related majors in the province where the candidates are located.

(1) For the majors of fine arts, photography and calligraphy (using the scores of the calligraphy provincial unified examination), the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated according to the percentile weight of 50% of cultural scores and 50% of professional scores (the calculation formula is: comprehensive scores = professional scores ÷ professional scores × 100×50%+ cultural scores ÷ culture. . Among them, candidates who apply for fine arts and photography in Henan Province are filed according to the same professional group.

(2) The majors of design, painting and animation are selected according to their professional scores from high to low, and candidates from Henan Province are enrolled in the same professional group.

2. Music major: The professional score line is based on the unified examination results of music or related majors in the province where the candidates are located.

(1) For the majors of musicology, composition and composition technology theory, the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated according to the percentile weight of professional scores accounting for 60% and cultural scores accounting for 40% (the calculation formula is: comprehensive scores = professional scores ÷ professional full marks × 100×60%+ cultural scores × 100).

(2) Music performance and dance choreography majors should be selected from high scores to low scores on the basis of qualified solfeggio. For example, if the scores of all subjects are tied together, then the provinces that can't distinguish the scores of all subjects will be selected according to the total scores of all subjects from high to low. Candidates in Henan province require that the score of music performance major (vocal music direction) is not less than 85 points, and the score of music performance major (instrumental music direction) and dance choreography major is not less than 80 points. (3) Performance (ordinary high school students) major, using the results of the provincial unified examination of vocal music, on the basis of qualified solfeggio, according to the professional performance from high to low, the professional performance requirements are not less than 85 points. If the scores of various professional subjects are tied, they will be selected according to the total score of the major from high to low.

The performance (counterpart) major uses the results of Henan counterpart music unified examination, and only recruits candidates whose main examination subject is drama. 3. 4. Radio and television director, drama, film and literature major: the professional score line adopts the scores of the unified examination of the director or related majors in the province where the candidates are located, and the comprehensive score of the candidates is calculated according to the percentage weight of the professional score line and the cultural score line (the calculation formula is: comprehensive score = professional score × 100×50%+ cultural score line ×65438), among which Henan candidates file according to the same professional group.

5. Dance Choreographer (sports dance direction) major: Use the results of the unified examination of sports dance in Henan Province, and select candidates whose cultural achievements have reached the lowest admission control score in the province according to the total professional scores from high to low. The total score of this major is not less than 145, the height of boys is not less than 172 cm, and that of girls is not less than 162 cm.

6. Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools for art majors:

(1) The majors of environmental design (running a school in cooperation with the Southern University of the Russian Federation) and visual communication design (running a school in cooperation with the Southern University of the Russian Federation) adopt the unified examination results of the fine arts or related majors in the provinces where the candidates are located, and the candidates in Henan Province are selected according to their professional scores from high to low.

(2) Broadcasting and Hosting (running a school in cooperation with Belarusian National University) adopts the unified examination scores of broadcasting and hosting or related majors in the province where the candidates are located, and calculates the comprehensive scores of the candidates according to the percentile weight of 60% of professional scores and 40% of cultural scores (the calculation formula is: comprehensive scores = professional scores ÷ professional scores × 100×60%+ cultural scores ÷× 60%) ).

Article 19 admission principles for sports majors

1. Sports major: The provincial admissions department will rank the candidates who have gone online in culture and major according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination. Article 21 Our school recognizes the national bonus items and scores uniformly stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the bonus scores are applicable to both filing and majors.

Article 22 After new students enter the school, the school will organize a re-examination of their admission qualifications, and those who do not meet the admission requirements or engage in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified or their school status will be cancelled, and reported to the higher authorities in charge of enrollment.
