Liyang is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, which is managed by Changzhou City. Located in the south of Jiangsu Province, southwest of Changzhou City, and at the junction of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces in the southwest of the Yangtze River Delta.
