Twenty-four Tsinghua teachers and alumni representatives attended the meeting on-site or online. Teacher Feng Weiping from the Liaison Department of Alumni Association attended the meeting. According to the guidance of Tsinghua Alumni Association on alumni organization, the meeting elected the main responsible persons of Tsinghua Alumni Art Association (to be established) and successfully completed all the established agendas.

First of all, the guests made speeches to express their best wishes and suggestions for the establishment of the association.

Mr. Wu, Chairman of Qingkong Habitat Group, first delivered a warm welcome speech. He briefly reviewed the recent preparations of the Association. He talked about Tsinghua's outstanding achievements in artistic scholarship and talent training, and pointed out that alumni organizations should set a high standard that can match their alma mater and actively undertake social responsibilities. Teacher Wu put forward hopes and requirements for the development of the association and pointed out the general policy for the next step. Based on the list of active organizers of alumni art activities in recent years and the backbone of alumni painting and calligraphy clubs, 22 alumni attending the meeting voted unanimously to elect 30 directors (preparatory) of the first association, and voted unanimously (accounting for more than two-thirds of the total number of directors of the association) to elect executive directors; The executive director elected Wu and two teachers as vice presidents and Hao Zhijie as assistant to the president. Nominated by the vice president and voted by the executive director, Guo was appointed as the secretary-general of the association, Qi as the co-secretary-general, and Kong Xiangteng and Ai Min as the deputy secretaries-general.
