Article 3 The Articles of Association have been reviewed and approved by the President's Office of Tianjin University of Technology, and submitted to the higher authorities for approval according to national laws and enrollment policies.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards

Article 9 According to the development plan, school conditions, subject characteristics, student source status and social needs, our school has formulated a classified and special enrollment plan of 3 1 province (city, autonomous region) in 2020.

Article 10 The specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education shall be submitted to the competent departments of universities in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) within the specified time, and the specific enrollment plans by provinces and disciplines shall be subject to the announcement of the competent departments of universities in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).

Eleventh undergraduate reservation plan does not exceed 1% of the undergraduate enrollment plan of our school, which is used for the quality control of students.

Article 12 Undergraduate tuition standard: 4,400 yuan per student for liberal arts (excluding foreign languages and literature), 5,400 yuan per student for foreign languages of science and engineering,12,000 yuan per student for art design and15,000 yuan per student for art (photography). Accommodation standard: 4 persons per student per academic year 1200 yuan; 6 people, per student per academic year 1000 yuan.

Article 13 Among the freshmen of 2020 in our school, the major of software engineering is in the School of Software of Tianjin University (No.399, Binshui West Road, Xiqing District, Tianjin), and other freshmen are in Tianjin University of Technology (No.391,Binshui West Road, Xiqing District, Tianjin).

Joint training and admission of students shall be carried out in accordance with the agreement signed between the school and the students.

Chapter IV Access Principles

Article 14 The enrollment work of our school fully implements the "sunshine project" of college enrollment and follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures; To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the departments in charge of enrollment in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), as well as the relevant provisions determined in combination with the actual enrollment work of schools and published in the articles of association; Based on the candidates' wishes and the total score of the college entrance examination (the score of the file), the comprehensive quality is comprehensively evaluated and the candidates are selected.

When enrolling students in the provinces where the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination is implemented, our school implements the relevant provisions of the enrollment departments of relevant provinces and cities on the implementation methods and work plans of the reform of enrollment methods for ordinary colleges and universities in various provinces.

In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions departments, discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all walks of life in all provinces (cities and autonomous regions).

Article 17 Professional admission follows the principle of "score first" (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region follows the principle of "clearing professional volunteers"), and there is no professional grade difference, that is, candidates who apply for the same subject and the corresponding batch are queued from high score to low score according to the total score of the college entrance examination, and are admitted in the order of high score to low score according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates. If the candidate's first professional volunteer does not reach the admission score of this major, then it depends on whether the second professional volunteer reaches the admission score of this major, and so on until the last professional volunteer. In the case that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not admitted, those who are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to the enrollment major; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed.

Article 20 Under the same conditions, candidates from all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) who implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall be professionally admitted according to the same grading rules determined by all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) and with reference to the comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates.

Candidates from other provinces (cities, autonomous regions) who have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination will be admitted in the order of professional volunteers under the same conditions. In the same order of professional volunteers, candidates with higher scores in English and mathematics college entrance examinations and candidates who have won the titles of provincial outstanding students, outstanding student cadres and three excellent students are given priority.

Twenty-first in accordance with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation promulgated the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions") to review and review the physical health of candidates. Article 24 According to the regulations, the school will send the admission notice after receiving the admission approval form from the admissions offices of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and the admission notice will be sent by express mail.

Chapter V Access and Management

Twenty-fifth freshmen according to the national enrollment regulations, with the admission notice, according to the relevant requirements of the school, within the prescribed time limit to the school for admission procedures. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 31 These Articles of Association are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment this year according to the enrollment plan issued by the superior.

Article 32 If there is any inconsistency between the previous enrollment policies and regulations of our college, the articles of association shall prevail.

Article 33 After the promulgation of the Articles of Association, Tianjin University of Technology will formulate corresponding admission policies and announce them separately in case of adjustment of admission policies for college entrance examinations in some provinces.
