How to complain about online shopping goods?

(three) to consult and copy the relevant contracts, invoices, account books and other relevant materials of the parties;

(4) sealing up or detaining products that have evidence to prove that they do not meet the national standards and industrial standards for protecting human health and personal and property safety, or products with other serious quality problems, as well as raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials and production tools directly used for the production and sale of such products.

Twenty-fifth market supervision and management departments or other state organs and product quality inspection institutions shall not recommend producers' products to the society; Do not participate in product business activities by supervising the production and marketing of products.
