Shi Busong

Shi Busong, a native of Changle Village, Wencun Township, used to be the chairman of the village peasant association, the village head and the president of the cooperative. In the 28th year of the Republic of China (1939), he joined the revolution, took part in the anti-Japanese work, and served as the chairman and village head of the village peasant association, leading the masses to support the front line, fighting against bullying landlords, reducing rents and interest rates, and carrying out self-help in production. In 1944, when there was a famine, Shi Busong organized the masses to repair canals and reclaim land. In that year, 335 mu of land was reclaimed, 37 mu of graveyard was opened, 22 mu of beach land was repaired, and 13 stone and 8 buckets of grain were collected. Organize 13 people and 37 animals to engage in transportation, and make a profit of 45,6 yuan in three months. Shi Busong also led the cooperative members to build a water mill on the river beach, which reduced the processing fee of the people's bran flour by 12,25 yuan in one winter. No one in the village starved to death, and 4 refugees from outside were saved. Liu Zhenxiang
