How to connect a digital camera wirelessly through a computer and control camera photography with a computer.

Canon users can use the free EOS utility software to turn the computer into an external display and remotely control the camera to shoot. The steps are as follows:

1. Connect the camera.

Connect the camera to the computer using USB-A/V cable. This is the same as transferring photos from a camera to a computer. Make sure the camera is turned on after the connection.

2. Open the EOS utility.

5. Histogram

Large histograms can be displayed by EOS tools. On the histogram, you can see shadows, midtones and highlights. You can click the RGB button to view the histogram displayed in three different colors.

Take still photos

When taking still photos, the photos are automatically stored in the computer hard disk. After selecting the save folder, you can shoot through the software or the shutter on the camera.

7. Other options

In the display panel, there are some other options:
