A very old Japanese drama, the heroine seems to be called Four Seasons, and the man is a photographer.

Kazuki Siji (Kanno Miho), a pediatric intern, comes to Nagasaki to attend the funeral of Ye Li, a college classmate, so he meets Ye Li's cynical brother, photographer Antan Shunsuke (naohito fujiki). Then, in the hospital where Four Seasons worked, the two met. After learning about Shunsuke's deep feelings for his career and seeing the photo albums he took for the children, the four seasons had a good impression on Shunsuke.
