Reciprocating fiber winding process (belonging to fixed length method): In this process, the impregnation tank reciprocates with the rotating spindle, and the long glass fiber filaments are placed at a certain oblique angle relative to the spindle axis. The auxiliary angle (winding angle) is controlled by the ratio of the moving speed of the dipping tank to the rotating speed of the mandrel, and the translational movement of the dipping tank is controlled by computerized mechatronics. The number of winding layers is gradually increased until the designed wall thickness is reached. After winding is completed, the resin in the product is basically cured. After curing, the mandrel is taken out of the glass steel pipe.

Continuous fiber winding process (belonging to continuous method): This process is that the pipe passes through a feeding station for supplying the mixture of resin prepreg roving, chopped glass fiber reinforced plastic and resin sand, and the pipe is made in the continuous advancement of the mandrel.

Centrifugal casting process (belonging to fixed length method): this process is to send the cut glass fiber reinforced material and sand into a steel mold fixed on the bearing, and inject unsaturated resin with catalyst into one end of the steel mold to impregnate the reinforced material. Under the action of centrifugal force, the resin displaces the air in the fiber and filler, thus making dense non-porous composite materials. Due to the centrifugal force, a smooth, flat and resin-rich inner surface layer is formed on the inner wall of the pipeline. The pipe made by this method is also called FRP sand pipe.

In the world, there are more manufacturers who use reciprocating fiber winding process to manufacture pipes than the other two production processes. One of the reasons is that the glass steel pipe manufactured by the reciprocating fiber winding process has a wider range of uses and better applicability. 3. After choosing the appropriate thickness of FRP grating, the size of grating plate should be calculated when using it. Just like in a car wash. 4. Choose the appropriate raw materials to make the FRP grating plate that meets the requirements. If the grid plate is used in chemical plants or sewage treatment plants, it is necessary to choose resin with high corrosion resistance for production. The laying of glass fiber reinforced plastic grille can be carried out with special equipment modified by tractors or cars, and generally it is laid manually. Both ends of the paper tube of each roll of glass fiber grating products are marked with orange and blue marks. Before laying, the rubber surface should be selected to face down, and the color of the above mark should be determined at one end to facilitate construction and avoid mistakes in laying the rubber surface. When laying glass fiber reinforced plastic grating, it should be kept flat and tight, and both sides should be aligned. It can be leveled with a spirit level to make the glass fiber reinforced plastic grating have effective tension, and then rolled with a clean steel wheel roller after laying. The glass fiber reinforced plastic grille is clean and bright, and the color is more abundant. There are two kinds of commonly used FRP grilles: self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive. The self-adhesive can be directly laid on a flat base, and the non-self-adhesive is generally fixed by stainless steel buckles and steel nails. Non-self-adhesive glass fiber grating is used in ordinary road sections, and the required materials for fixing are: ①50×50×0.3mm fixed stainless steel buckle, which is required to be flat and warpage-free, and the periphery should be chamfered; ②2 inch steel nails. When fixing steel nails or stainless steel clamping rings are used to lay the glass fiber reinforced plastic grating, the clamping rings and steel nails fixed at one end are fixed on the base which has been paved with adhesive asphalt, and the steel nails can be shot by hammering or shooting. Then the fixed grid is longitudinally tensioned in sections, and the length of each section is 2 ~ 5m. It can also be segmented according to the contraction joint spacing, and the position of steel nails can be set at the joint gap. The glass fiber is required to be in a straight tension state in both longitudinal and transverse directions when the grid is tightened. The lap joint of glass fiber reinforced plastic grille is longitudinal lap joint, with the lap joint width not less than 20mm and the transverse lap joint width not less than 15mm. Longitudinal lap joints place the former above the latter according to the asphalt laying direction. When fixing, steel nails can't be nailed on the glass fiber reinforced plastic grille, and you can't directly hit the glass fiber reinforced plastic grille with a hammer. If the steel nail is broken or the snap ring is loose after fixation, it needs to be fixed again. After the glass fiber grating is laid and fixed, it must be moderately rolled and stabilized with rubber rollers, so that the glass fiber grating can be firmly bonded with the original pavement.

In actual construction, some construction units directly lay the glass fiber grating and then the roller after laying the adhesive layer oil, which has good effect and is not easy to wrinkle. In the actual operation process, the construction quality has a great influence on the use effect of FRP grille in the future.
