That's easy. Follow the channel into the layer panel, hold down the CTRL key, and randomly click a red, green and blue channel to form a selection. Go back to the Layers panel and select SHIFT+CTRL+I in reverse, where the selection range is the black outline of shoes, and then press CTRL+J to copy a layer. The effect at this time is as follows.
