Brief Introduction of the Author of Hongshan Culture Ancient Jade Appraisal

The owner of Yu Ting Tang, Xu Qiang, 1946, is from Ye County, Shandong Province. 65438-0969 began to work as a professional film photographer and director in Liaoning Film Studio. Influenced by my grandfather since I was a child, I collected ancient jade articles in China, and now there are more than 600 pieces of ancient jade/kloc-0. For decades, every time he got a piece of jade, he would repeatedly devote himself to analysis and research, test its source and prove its root. For more than ten years, he paid special attention to the collection and research of Hongshan Culture ancient jade, and gradually formed his own unique theory and viewpoint. As a collector, he thinks that collecting is not the ultimate goal. It is important to analyze and study his own collection, so as to deepen the understanding of China jade culture and improve his appreciation ability in practice. He said: "Collection is concentration, that is, research, discarding the false and retaining the true, and showing it to the world in a concentrated way, so that more people in the world can understand the origin of Chinese civilization and the profound jade culture in China." Since 2002, he has been exhibiting his ancient jade collection in Shenyang Palace Museum. In 2003, Beijing Blue Sky Publishing House published the hardcover book "The Essence of Hongshan Culture Ancient Jade". In 2004, his ancient jade collection participated in the "Jianbao" column of CCTV twice. He has written more than 10,000-word appraisal articles on Hongshan Culture ancient jade for collectors, artists and collectors. At present, two books, Appraisal of Ancient Jade in Hongshan Culture and Inspection of Typical Jade in Hongshan Culture, are being compiled and are expected to be published one after another early next year. Mr Xu Qiang is an international member of the World Collectors Association.
